- The service or feature has not been used extensively or beyond its trial limits.
- Digital products or downloadable content must not have been accessed or downloaded.
- Refunds are not applicable for promotional or discounted items unless explicitly stated.
- Refunds for technical issues must include evidence of the problem and proof that it has not been resolved.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Certain situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
- Services consumed or completed in full, regardless of satisfaction.
- Issues caused by the user’s equipment, internet connection, or other factors beyond our control.
- Duplicate purchases where the service has been used on both orders.
- Refunds for any fees or taxes collected during payment (subject to payment provider policies).
Administrative Fees
In cases where a refund is approved, a small administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. This fee will not exceed 10% of the original purchase value.
